We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

*Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational targets

*Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and productivity

*Oversee end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures

*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

*Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector

*Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of targets

*Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead conversion

*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

*Proven track record in real estate sales with consistent target achievement

*Strong leadership and team management capabilities

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

*Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics
