Sales Manager

About the RoleBellway Realtech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales manager to manage, guide, and motivate the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate sales experience, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Telesales Executives.
• Monitor daily sales activities, calls, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Generate sales through effective client handling and relationship management.
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper CRM updates and lead management.
• Assist team members in closing deals and handling client objections.
• Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
• Coordinate with the marketing department for lead generation activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in selling plots, villas, farmhouses, or residential/commercial properties.
• Prior experience in handling inbound and outbound sales teams.
