Job Title: Sales Manager – Secured Vertical (Home Loans & Loan Against Property)

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans and LAP sales.

Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry preferred.

Strong understanding of secured loan products and lending processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Experience in sourcing DSAs, channel partners, and realtor associations.

Customer-focused approach with strong networking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

Generate secured business through Home Loans and LAP products.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Identify and acquire new customers through direct sourcing and market activities.

Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition and relationship building.

2. Channel Partner & DSA Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and DSAs.

Develop new DSA associations to increase business opportunities.

Drive productivity and engagement from channel partners.

3. Realtor & Builder Association:

Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and property consultants.

Generate business leads through realtor and builder networks.

Expand market reach through strategic tie-ups.

4. Area Mapping & Market Coverage:

Conduct area and geography mapping regularly.

Identify potential markets and new sourcing opportunities.

Plan sales activities in coordination with reporting managers.

5. Relationship Management:

Maintain healthy relationships with customers and partners.

Ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.

Provide prompt support throughout the loan process.

6. Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking records.

Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.

Provide timely updates on business performance and pipeline.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Home Loans and LAP products.

Understanding of secured lending and banking processes.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship management and networking capabilities.

Good market and geography knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
