Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asst. Manager Business Development  with strong exposure to leasing and sales of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing transactions across commercial offices, factories, and furnished workspaces.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close leasing and sales opportunities for commercial properties.
  • Handle end-to-end transactions for office spaces, factories, warehouses, and furnished offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, landlords, developers, and investors.
  • Generate leads through market networking, referrals, and corporate outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and deal closures.
  • Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and closure targets.

 



Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and sales.
  • Proven track record in closing office, factory, or industrial property deals.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and transaction processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
  • Strong professional ethics and client-first mindset.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a commercial real estate consultancy or brokerage.
  • Exposure to corporate leasing and structured commercial deals.
  • Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
