Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
