Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Gym Floor/Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure a positive and productive environment for our members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for fitness, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As the Gym Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and creating an engaging atmosphere for all gym-goers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Supervise and support gym floor staff, including personal trainers, fitness instructors, and front desk personnel. Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Customer Service: Greet members, address their concerns, and ensure high levels of member satisfaction. Assist with membership inquiries, cancellations, and renewals.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all gym equipment is clean, in good working order, and properly maintained. Report any issues to maintenance personnel and ensure timely resolution.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce gym policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures. Monitor the gym floor to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of gym supplies and equipment. Update the owner of orders as necessary and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, equipment maintenance, and staff schedules. Prepare reports for upper management as required.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing efforts, including social media promotions, special events, and membership drives. Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new members and retain existing ones.
