Job Description

We Are Hiring | Senior Sales Head – GPS Business

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Head to lead and expand our GPS tracking business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, team management, and client relationship building.

Position: Senior Sales Head

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field

Salary: Negotiable + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage GPS business sales operations

• Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth

• Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships

• Handle B2B and B2C sales, corporate clients, and key accounts

• Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Identify market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and business growth plans

• Explore new business opportunities to increase revenue

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Expertise in business development and sales strategy

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales

• Strong networking and client-handling skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

• Knowledge of the GPS tracking industry will be an added advantage
