Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loan Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of monthly business targets.
- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Personal Loans and Overdraft products.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide field support to the team.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business partner relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on team performance.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Requirements Graduate in any discipline.
- 6-1yr years of experience in Personal Loan and Overdraft
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of lending products and documentation processes.
- Own vehicle preferred for field sales activities.
