Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales or tele-sales executives to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Sales Execution: Drive business growth for loan products including Personal Loans, Overdraft.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics, calling logs, lead allocations, and conversion rates.
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct regular product briefings, sales pitches training, and constructive feedback sessions.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking partners to ensure smooth file logging and loan disbursement.
