Job Summary:

TripLodge Universe is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage, motivate, and drive a sales team to achieve targets in the travel and hospitality segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives
• Achieve team and individual sales targets
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Train and coach team for performance improvement
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and track KPIs

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred)
• Experience in sales team handling (travel industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
