Reports To: Operations Manager / Department Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to oversee daily team operations, guide team members, and ensure the achievement of performance targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate the team while maintaining high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve individual and team goals.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.

Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to team members.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new employees.

Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and operational issues in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.I

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

2–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Experience in customer service, operations, sales, or the relevant business function is an advantage.
