Job Description
Team Leader (Personal Loan Sales)Dhansetuu Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling Personal Loan sales operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training, and support.
- Develop sales strategies to increase productivity and revenue generation.
- Handle client queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Maintain daily sales reports and performance records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Requirements:Minimum experience in Personal Loan Sales and team handling.
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and loan processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets effectively.
- Positive attitude with a professional approach.
