We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Train team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams for lead management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales executives.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and target achievement within the team.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
