Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of team members.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales opportunities.
• Analyse sales reports and prepare performance dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
