Sandwich Artist

Job Summary:-

Sub91 is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sandwich Artist to prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should maintain food quality, hygiene standards, and ensure customers enjoy a fast and friendly dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Sub91 recipes and standards
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and combos to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, counters, and dining area
• Handle food preparation, cutting vegetables, stocking ingredients, and storing food safely
• Operate billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
• Restock ingredients and packaging materials during shifts
• Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality
• Support team members in daily restaurant operations

Requirements:-

• Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred
• Prior experience in QSR, café, or sandwich shop is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
