Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for 3 to 6 years of an experienced SAP developer who knows their way around SAP technologies like SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Core Data Services (CDS), ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP), and SAPUI5/ Fiori. Your job is to build and improve SAP applications using these tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

• ABAP, OO ABAP and BAdI implementations, SAP Gateway and HANA Cloud Connector.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Experience with SAP Gateway and HANA Cloud Connector.
• Experience in ABAP and BAdI implementations.
• Data provisioning experience.
• Experience in ABAP, OO ABAP and BAdI implementations.
• Knowledge and Understanding on testing OData services.
• Experience with SAP Workflow.
• Familiarity with SAP Basis & Authorization concepts.

What we look for

• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry Relevant experience of 3-6 years.
• Experience in SAPUI5 and Fiori elements-based apps and extension in front end.
• Experience in development of Core Data Services (CDS).
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful services using ABAP RAP framework to expose SAP data to external systems and applications.
• Experience in developing Fiori Elements based apps and extension in front end.
• Experience in extending standard Fiori applications.
• Basic of ABAP.
• Basic understanding of SAP BTP and services.
• Good to have experience in S/4 key user extension, developer extension and Side-by-Side extensions using SAP BTP.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• SAP certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate) preferred but not required.
