We’re looking for a creative, curious, and sharp Script Writer who can turn ideas into engaging stories for YouTube long-form videos and Shorts/Reels.
If you love storytelling, understand audience psychology, and know how to keep viewers hooked — this role is for you.
- 🎯 What You’ll DoWrite engaging, well-structured scripts for YouTube long-form content
- Craft scroll-stopping, hook-driven scripts for Shorts/Reels
- Research topics and transform information into compelling narratives
- Work closely with creators, editors, and strategists
- Adapt tone and style based on different creators and audiences
- Continuously improve scripts based on performance and feedback
- 🧠 What We’re Looking ForStrong command of Hindi and English
- Excellent storytelling and narrative flow
- Clear understanding of YouTube audience retention & hooks
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
