📌 Job Role We are hiring an experienced Security Manager/Operations Manager to handle end-to-end security operations, team management, and client coordination at multiple sites.

👉 Ex-Army / Defence / Police personnel will be given strong preference

• ✅ Responsibilities Manage complete security operations across assigned sites
• Deploy and supervise security guards & supervisors
• Ensure strict access control and surveillance monitoring
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments & surprise checks
• Handle incidents (theft, fire, emergency) and reporting
• Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and training of staff
• Monitor attendance, shifts, and manpower planning
• 🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Graduate (preferred)
• 5–15 years experience in security management
• Strong leadership & decision-making skills
• Experience in handling large teams and client sites
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control & security protocols
