Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, generate qualified leads, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with proven experience in the real estate industry. The role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting client meetings, managing site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through cold calling, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Schedule and manage site visits while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate project features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams for seamless customer onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members whenever required.
- Required SkillsStrong Business Development and Sales expertise.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent Relationship Management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate Sales and property market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM Software, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Presentation Skills and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve Sales Targets.
- Good Time Management and Team Collaboration skills.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Experience3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in handling HNI clients, channel partners, and direct customer sales is preferred.
