Job Description

Hanux Learning Private Limited is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, business development, team coordination, client/candidate handling, daily operations, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure. The person will also be responsible for handling candidates/clients, guiding the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales and business development activities.

Generate sales through calling, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and client/candidate handling.

Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally.

Explain company services, training programs, certification support, website/app development, AI automation, or other business offerings as required.

Understand client/candidate requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.

Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and closures.

Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, lead status, and sales pipeline.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after sales closure.

Handle escalations, client/candidate concerns, and sales-related issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Track team productivity, conversion ratio, revenue, and pending follow-ups.

Maintain proper data, CRM updates, and documentation.

Support management in improving sales process, operations, and business growth.

Ensure discipline, performance, and target achievement within the team.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, edtech sales, IT sales, or training sales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good experience in lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

Ability to handle candidates/clients and build strong relationships.

Team handling or sales operations experience will be preferred.

Strong target-oriented mindset.

Good leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage monthly sales targets.

Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, and sales tracking.

Must be comfortable working in night shift from office.

Candidate Requirements

Post Graduate qualification is required.

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/business development experience.

Male and female both can apply.

Candidate must be comfortable with night shift.

Candidate must be able to manage sales, operations, team coordination, and client/candidate handling.

Candidate should have strong English communication skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
