Senior E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and business growth
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Monitor and improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and demand forecasting
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers for efficient operations
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Manage and maintain account health, ratings, and compliance with platform policies
• Handle escalations related to orders, returns, refunds, and customer issues
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to enhance brand presence
• Lead, train, and supervise junior team members
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Experience with product listing and catalog management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Experience:

• 2–5 years in e-commerce operations or a similar role
