Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Systems & Automation)

About the Role

We are building a next-generation AI-powered enterprise platform designed to automate operations, improve decision-making, and enhance user engagement across multiple business functions.

This platform combines:

• Conversational AI
• Predictive analytics
• Secure backend systems
• Real-time automation workflows

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can work on AI-integrated systems, scalable backend architecture, and secure data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Workflow Automation: Integrate external AI services (LLMs and ML platforms) into backend systems
• Design AI-driven workflows for:
• User communication automation
• Intelligent recommendations
• Predictive analytics
• Build structured pipelines where AI provides suggestions only, while the system controls execution
• Optimize prompts, responses, and data flow for accuracy and performance 

Backend Development & System Architecture

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js / Python
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Implement event-driven systems (queues, triggers, async workflows)
• Build a modular and maintainable system architecture 

Security & Data Protection (CRITICAL)

• Implement data encryption (AES-256 or equivalent)
• Design data masking and anonymization pipelines
• Ensure no sensitive data is exposed to external AI services
• Build secure API gateways and validation layers
• Implement authentication (JWT, OAuth) and role-based access control (RBAC)

Rule Engine & Control Systems

• Develop a rule-based execution system to validate and control all automated actions
• Ensure AI outputs are verified before execution
• Prevent unauthorized or unsafe system operations
• Maintain audit logs for all system actions 

Data Handling & Analytics

• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Build pipelines for data aggregation and transformation
• Integrate predictive models for forecasting and optimization
• Ensure efficient database design (SQL / NoSQL)

API & Third-Party Integrations

• Integrate messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp APIs, webhooks)
• Connect external services (payment gateways, notification systems, etc.)
• Build robust webhook handlers and retry mechanisms 

Frontend Collaboration

• Work with frontend developers (React / Next.js)
• Ensure smooth API integration with UI
• Support real-time features using WebSockets where required 

Required Skills

• Core TechnologiesNode.js / Express.js OR Python (FastAPI / Django)
• React.js / Next.js
• REST APIs, WebSockets
• SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) 

AI & Integration

• Experience integrating AI APIs (LLMs or ML platforms)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
• Ability to design AI-assisted systems (not fully autonomous control) 

Security

• Data encryption and secure storage practices
• API security, authentication (JWT / OAuth)
• Data masking and privacy-first design 

DevOps & Tools

• Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Postman, API testing
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred) 

Good to Have (High Advantage)

• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Predictive analytics / ML workflows
• Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Compliance-driven systems (healthcare, finance, etc.)
