Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will manage all HR functions for our resort. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring our team is well-supported, properly trained, and highly motivated. Your goal is to foster a positive, conflict-free workplace environment where staff can deliver exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and execute seasonal and year-round recruitment plans to meet staffing needs for front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Coordinate and conduct engaging induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
- Design and execute employee welfare programs to boost morale, retention, and team bonding.
- Oversee the employee annual review procedures and process probationary feedback.
3. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave records.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR metrics, and performance files in the company HRMS.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize hospitality-specific programs (e.g., customer service, conflict resolution, and safety).
- Counsel and mentor staff to foster professional growth and improve guest service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software/MS Office.
