Key Expectations
- Act as a working manager / manager of managers, accountable for overall practice performance
- Own end-to-end delivery across Operations and/or Technology ensuring client satisfaction
- Drive client delivery, financial outcomes, quality, and risk management
- Define measurable KPIs and build a sustainable, scalable delivery model
- Lead resource strategy, demand–supply planning, and capacity optimization
- Deliver against financial targets for the practice
- Develop leaders and teams while strengthening engagement, retention, and succession

Role Description
The Senior Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its members. The role owns all aspects of delivery—Operations and/or Technology—to ensure customer and client
satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and proactive risk management.
This role defines success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and establishes a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The Senior Practice Manager leads resource strategy, demand–supply alignment, and financial planning, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations. The role also has full accountability for people and talent management, including performance assessment, leadership development, engagement, retention, and succession planning, while collaborating across service and performance teams.
Detailed Responsibilities Client Management – 70%

- Strong background in Health & Retirement solutions, project management, and technology/operations
- Ability to manage project plans, reviews, reporting and governance
- Deep understanding of system capabilities and functionality
- Ability to lead in an environment with changing and competing priorities
- Strong coaching, feedback, and influencing capabilities
Education & Certification
- Graduation degree as applied
