The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry.

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking people manager with 10+ years of industry experience to lead the development of enterprise-grade solutions in the Data Discovery and Classification product line. This role demands a blend of strong technical depth, people leadership, and the ability to drive innovations especially by leveraging AI to transform how engineering teams design, build, and deliver software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade software solutions

• Work across diverse technologies and architectures to solve complex data discovery and classification challenges

• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity, quality, and speed

• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to align vision and execution

• Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment

• Promote agile ways of working, enabling faster iteration and continuous delivery

• Identify and drive opportunities for innovation, optimization, and modernization across the product line

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with prior experience in leading teams

• Strong hands-on experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade applications

• Proven ability to work across multiple technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns

• Experience in data platforms, data discovery, classification, or security domains is a plus

• Solid understanding of modern software development practices (microservices, cloud-native, APIs, etc.)

• Demonstrated experience in applying AI/ML or AI-assisted tools in the software development lifecycle
