Job Description
Hiring: Senior Sales Associate – Business Loan
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Business Loans / SME Loans
- Handle customer acquisition and relationship management
- Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners & customers
- Guide clients through loan eligibility and documentation
- Achieve monthly login & disbursement targets
- Maintain follow-ups and customer database
Skills Required:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Experience in Business Loan / LAP / SME loan sales preferred
- Knowledge of loan documentation and banking process
- Field sales experience is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Industry: NBFC / Banking / DSA / Fintech
Location: A-39, 2nd floor, block -A , Sector -63, Noida, - 201301
Business loan sales roles commonly involve SME customer acquisition, documentation support, DSA coordination, and monthly sales target achievement.
