Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to achieve sales targets, and experience in handling real estate clients from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, payment, and other sales-related processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:-

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Qualification:-

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Preferred Experience 2–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets will be an advantage.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
