Position Overview
We are hiring a 77 - FT Supervisor Senior Software Development Engineer within the Automation & DevOps domain. This role is responsible for Run Team, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Core Responsibility: Run Team
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications
• Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages
• Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
Technical Skills & Tools
Required tools/technologies: UPS.COM, Akamai, Jfrog
Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected.
