We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

                                                                         

Senior Specialist – Customer Service (C2)

The person in this role will advise on Mercer products and services, prepare calculations and pricing, and draft membership agreements and addenda. They will handle day-to-day internal client queries, provide sales support to consultants, and coordinate with internal teams — for example Product Owners, Legal, and market consultants — to ensure accurate, timely delivery of client solutions across multiple markets.

We will count on you to

• Advise on Mercer products and services
• Prepare calculations 
• Prepare membership contracts and addenda 
• Respond to day-to-day internal client queries
• Provide sales support to consultants 
• Liaise with internal teams, e.g. Product Owners, Legal, market consultants

What you need to have:  

• 3+ years of experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration
• Fluency in written and spoken English language
• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to details and analytical mind-set
