Senior Tele Sales Executive

As a Tele-Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to engage, inform, and guide them toward suitable programs, ensuring a smooth admission process and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle outbound calls to prospective learners.

•Explain course details, career outcomes, and admission procedures.

•Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.

•Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling.

•Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management.

•Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements

•Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma(any stream).

•Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

•Prior experience in tele-counselling, education sales, or customer service preferred.

•Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
