Job Title: SEO Specialist
Location: Noida Sector 75 (Metro Spectrum Mall)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO specialist to improve our website’s visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisation strategies. You will collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement effective SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing)
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of content marketing and UX principles
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
