Job Description
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a QSR or restaurant.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Well-groomed, disciplined, and energetic.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers professionally.
* Take orders, collect KOTs, and ensure accurate order processing.
* Assemble food orders as per SOPs before serving/dispatch.
* Maintain proper order sequencing and timely service.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently.
* Operate, clean, and maintain Bain Marie and other service equipment.
* Keep the service counter clean, organized, and hygienic.
* Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth order flow.
* Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
