Job Description

Nex World is looking for a Site Supervisor / Sales Representative to oversee the execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior projects. The role requires frequent site visits to ensure smooth project execution, coordinate with clients and installation teams, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visit project sites regularly and supervise ongoing work.

Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, and vendors.

Take site measurements and verify drawings before execution.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper installation.

Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues.

Maintain quality standards and safety practices.

Provide regular updates to the management team.

Travel to project sites across Delhi NCR and nearby locations as required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or project coordination.

Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior execution is preferred.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.

Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Willingness to travel frequently.

Additional Responsibilities

During periods with no active site work, the candidate will assist the Sales & Marketing team with client follow-ups, showroom operations, lead coordination, site visits with sales executives, and other business activities as assigned by the management.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Noida (Travel Across Delhi NCR)
