• Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Monitor trends and implement relevant ideas to boost engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and build community engagement
• Run and optimize social media campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and content writers
• Track performance metrics and generate reports
• Analyze competitors and suggest growth strategies
• Required Skills: Social Media ManagementStrong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
• Experience in content planning and calendar management
• Knowledge of organic and paid social strategies
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with:
