Social Media Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of the brands presence across digital. This is a core team role working closely with the Founder.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the brand remains visible, engaging, and relevant by driving consistent content, strong storytelling, and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Content & Social Media Management

Manage and grow Instagram (primary platform), Youtube, LinkedIn, and Facebook Plan and execute daily content including reels, posts, and stories Ensure all content drives engagement, shareability, and brand recall Actively identify and execute relevant trends and formats.

2. Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar

Align content with product launches, campaigns, and outlet-level promotions Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

3. Performance & Analytics

Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles across outlets Share weekly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations

4. Team Coordination

Lead and manage designer and videographer. Provide clear briefs and ensure timely, high-quality execution

Take ownership of all content before it goes live.

Experience Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (Education or in lifestyle preferred) Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies accordingly Awareness of digital trends, platform behavior, and content formats
