About the RoleAlgoji Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled, passionate and technology-driven Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems using modern technologies and Artificial Intelligence.

The selected candidate will work directly with the management and will take ownership of our complete technology ecosystem including websites, CRM, APIs, AI integrations, automation, databases and internal software development.

This is not just a development job. We are looking for someone who wants to build scalable technology products, improve business processes through automation and become a long-term technology partner for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Develop and maintain company websites.

• Customize WordPress websites.

• Build custom plugins and modules whenever required.

• Improve website speed, SEO and security.

• Maintain hosting, domains and server configurations.

CRM Development

• Develop and maintain CRM features.

• Improve existing workflows.

• Design new modules.

• Optimize user experience.

• Maintain CRM performance and security.

Full Stack Development

• Develop backend applications using Python and/or PHP.

• Develop frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Build secure REST APIs.

• Integrate third-party APIs.

• Maintain scalable architecture.

Database Management

• Design relational databases.

• Optimize MySQL/MariaDB performance.

• Backup and restore databases.

• Ensure database security.

AI & Automation

• Integrate AI solutions into company products.

• Build AI-powered workflows.

• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other AI tools to improve productivity.

• Automate repetitive business processes.

• Research and implement emerging AI technologies.

API IntegrationDevelop and integrate APIs including:

• Payment Gateways
