About the RoleSanskriti Wave Power & Solution is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. If you're passionate about sales and want to build a successful career in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Explain product features, government subsidies, cost savings, and ROI.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, Solar, Electrical, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
