Job Description

  1. Ensure compliance with safety standards & environmental regulations
  2. Manage project timelines & budgets
  3. Oversee solar site operations & maintenance
  4. Conduct site surveys and assess installation feasibility.
  5. Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and BOS equipment.
  6. Perform DC & AC wiring, cable laying, earthing, and electrical connections as per standards.
  7. Execute installations in accordance with engineering drawings and company SOPs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all electrical and site safety regulations.
  9. Test, troubleshoot, and assist in system commissioning.
  10. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Design Team, and customers during installation.
  11. Verify and manage site materials and installation tools.
  12. Maintain installation quality and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.
  13. Prepare site reports, installation checklists, photographs, and completion documents.
  14. Attend service calls, preventive maintenance, and fault rectification when required.
  15. Train customers on the basic operation and maintenance of the solar system.
