Job Description

Sr Technical Lead-Data Engg

Area(s) of responsibility

  • Administer Microsoft Fabric tenant settings and workspace configurations.
  • Manage Fabric capacities, compute utilization, and workload allocation.
  • Configure and maintain Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI, and Data Engineering workloads.
  • Implement platform standards and governance policies across environments.
  • Manage RBAC, Workspace Roles, Entra ID integrations, and access controls.
  • Implement and monitor security policies, sensitivity labels, and compliance controls.
  • Support audit readiness and governance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams on policy enforcement.
  • Monitor platform health, capacity usage, and operational metrics.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
  • Monitor Fabric consumption units (CU) and capacity utilization.
  • Support CI/CD governance frameworks for Fabric deployments.
