Store Head Chef (CDP)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the kitchen team by hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff to build a high-performing team.

* Oversee daily kitchen and store operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to SOPs.

* Manage inventory, stock ordering, food cost, wastage, and vendor coordination.

* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency across every order.

* Develop innovative dishes, seasonal specials, and improve existing menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.

* Conduct regular quality checks for ingredients, preparation, and finished products.

* Interact with customers, gather feedback, resolve food-related concerns, and translate insights into menu and operational improvements.

* Monitor kitchen productivity, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

* Work closely with management to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements

* 10 years of experience in cafés, QSRs, or casual dining restaurants, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

* Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, café food, inventory management, and kitchen operations.

* Experience in menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing.

* Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate kitchen teams.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and quality.
