Job Title: Student Admin (Fresher)

Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Job Overview:


Thinkcloudly is looking for a responsible and organized Student Admin to manage student coordination and scheduling. The candidate will communicate with students and trainers to ensure smooth batch operations and provide timely support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with students and trainers regarding batch schedules and session timings
  • Maintain student attendance and session records
  • Share class schedules, session links, and important updates
  • Handle student queries and support requests
  • Maintain batch records and documentation


Required Skills:


  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups


Working Hours:


Afternoon Shift:3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
