Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive professional with 3–8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), JIRA/ADO configuration, Tableau development and Project Online configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record of working directly with project stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and support ongoing enhancements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate and custom apps using PowerApps.
• Configure and manage JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, workflows, and integrations to support project tracking and reporting.
• Set up and maintain Project Online configurations to support project tracking and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and user-friendly design in all deliverables.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Power Platform tools and dashboards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Strong experience in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) configuration and customization.
• Experience with Project Online configuration and administration.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in direct interaction with project stakeholders, including requirement gathering and solution presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SQL, SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
