Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description:We are hiring for a fast-growing organization looking for an experienced and result-oriented Personal Loan & Overdraft Team Leader. - Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
- Generate leads for personal loans and overdraft products
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular training & guidance
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure smooth resolution
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick processing and approvals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Requirements:Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in personal loans/overdraft or financial product sales
- Experience in team handling or leadership role
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
