Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – PMS to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team-handling experience, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of PMS Sales Executives.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
• Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain MIS reports and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
• Required Skills2–5 years of experience in Team Handling (PMS/Financial Services preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
