Team Leader – Tele Sales (Personal Loan & OD)

Manage and lead a team of 5 Tele-Sales Executives to achieve sales targets

Monitor calls, conversions & maintain MIS (Login/Approval/Disbursement)

Support team in closing deals and improving performance

1–3 years team handling experience required (loan sales preferred)
