Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader (TL) to lead a team of sales executives/consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales (residential/commercial), guiding team members to meet targets, managing client visits, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities (KRA / KPI)
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5–10 sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Guide executives in calling leads, scheduling site visits, and converting potential buyers into completed sales.
- Deal Closure: Step in to negotiate and close complex or high-value residential/commercial deals alongside team members.
- Site Visits: Conduct and oversee client site visits with builders/projects.
- Performance Tracking: Set daily call/meeting targets, track KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategy.
