Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives
  • Drive team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Handle sales of OD Limit & Personal Loan products
  • Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and productivity
  • Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and customer handling
  • Maintain and track performance through CRM
  • Improve team discipline and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing


Required Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of OD Limit & Personal Loan
  • Team handling and leadership skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • CRM handling experience
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Experience:Minimum 2–5 years in Loan Sales (NBFC / Banking / DSA)
  • At least 1 year experience as Team Leader / Senior Role
