Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Support & Sales Executive to provide technical support for our mobile applications while driving customer engagement and software sales. The ideal candidate will assist clients, resolve technical issues, promote our products, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Android and iOS applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with the development team.
• Perform application testing and verify bug fixes.
• Assist clients with onboarding, training, and product usage.
• Maintain support tickets, customer records, and documentation.
• Generate leads through outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales process.
• Build long-term customer relationships and achieve assigned support and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT), MBA, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Android/iOS applications and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• minimum 6 months experience in technical support, telecalling, or software sales is an advantage.
