Technical Lead - Workday Integration

Aristocrat is looking for a driven Workday Senior Developer to propel our ambitious projects. What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools.

• Apply your solid knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI for seamless integration development.

• Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.

• Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, including Workday iLoads.

• Collaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.

• Build technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations.

• Coordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.

• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation.

• Play a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems.

• Understand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.

• Work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners.

• Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory, with the ability to guide others in functional design processes.

• Experience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically teams with varied strengths.
