Technical Support Engineer

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Broadcast & Streaming) Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to manage after-sales support, live streaming operations, and broadcast system troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in IP-based networks, live streaming workflows, and real-time issue resolution, ensuring seamless performance during critical live environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage live streaming workflows (encoding, decoding, transmission), Support IP-based networks (LAN/WAN, switches, routers) and Troubleshoot audio, video, and network issues during live operations. Smooth and uninterrupted streaming performance, Handle customer queries via call, email, WhatsApp & remote tools .Assist in installation, configuration, and system . Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution or Maintain service logs, CRM updates, and issue tracking Support RMA, warranty cases, and escalations ,Provide client training and technical guidance. Conduct on-site visits when required and Coordinate with the sales team for product demos, onboarding, and training. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to video streaming, networking, and hardware setup. Technical Knowledge:  Streaming protocols: RTMP, SRT, RTSP  Networking: IP configuration, routers, switches, bandwidth handling  AV workflows: HDMI, SDI, NDI Preferred Skills  Experience in live streaming / broadcast industry  Knowledge of 4G/5G bonding technology  Hands-on experience with OBS, vMix, or similar tools  Exposure to live event or multi-camera production environments  Basic understanding of live streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) Key Competencies ✔ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills ✔ Ability to handle live pressure situations ✔ Excellent communication & client handling ✔ Quick learner with proactive mindset ✔ Team collaboration & ownership attitude Growth Opportunities  Work with advanced broadcast & streaming technologies  Exposure to live production, OTT & IP-based AV systems  Career growth into Senior Broadcast Engineer / Technical Specialist .
